Modeled after the original Stringies and their arm free design we have upgraded almost every aspect of these glasses, these upgrades would not have been possible without our invaluable customer feedback. You asked and we listened. 

We have kept our tried and true armfree design, the lack of arms on sunglasses is something we stand behind wholeheartedly. By simplifying design you create a product that lasts longer and is more functional for everyday applications. The one piece we have improved is our fastener, now the Peregrines use a much lower profile and durable cinch mechanism. 

The Peregrine’s now use a layered construction consisting of a carbon fiber and bamboo laminate. This added rigidity from the carbon fiber means you can worry less about those unfriendly rocks finding a way to your face and breaking your Stringies, and more about where those rocks came from.  These glasses are meant to be thrown into backpacks, stuffed into life jackets, and otherwise used and abused. We have built these for real life. 

Sporting a fresh polarized nylon lens we have increased clarity and comfort, while not sacrificing durability or performance. Now you can stare into the dark abyss of space and not miss a single shooting star with our new clear lenses we have added to the line up!
